12/11/2017: hermit crab

My friend emails me about a party she’s having on Thursday and I decide I'm not going because it’s completely inconvenient. It begins at 6:30pm and is nearly 50 min away to begin with, which means probably 70+ min to get there during rush hour, in Los Angeles. I'd have to take an uber because I don’t have a car here, etc.

As I was getting ready to reply, this tweet suddenly shows up:

You can see below, I got her email at 11:54am and during the time between receiving it and responding, I was contemplating the whole thing, looking up prospective traffic times, etc. That tweet came in DIRECTLY in the middle of the entire thing.

Here is the time stamp when my reply was officially sent (12:11), but I had decided to stay home about a minute before that tweet appeared (12:00) and was simply contemplating the whole thing before I sent my reply:

Here was the reply I sent Mika about what happened and a link to the tweet:

It’s obvious to me, this tweet came in as a reflection of my mind. Not to mention, I’m a Cancer…a crab, born in July.

(REMINDER: I only follow between 5-20 (usually around 10) twitter accounts at any given time, out of over 300 million active users. The statistical probability of these kinds of syncs happening randomly, and on a regular basis like they do, is infinitesimal. They are happening on purpose.)
